Special Olympics host bowling tournament

Stumble It!FAIRBANKS — The Special Olympics of the Tanana Valley will host its local tournament Saturday and Sunday at Nugget Lanes on Fort Wainwright.
The action begins Saturday from 1-5 p.m. and concludes with more bowling from 1-3 p.m. Sunday followed by an awards ceremony.
Bowlers must compete in the local tournament to qualify for the state tournament, which is Nov. 20-22 in Anchorage.
