Probably taken around 1st and Cushman in 1911, looks like a lot of Fairbanksans are trying to decide whether to cross the street or just wait until the waters go down, which may have taken days. Well-dressed men and great ladies fashions, as well as a great reflection of the buildings in the flooded streets.
