Moments ago, the legislature sent the governor's office the following legislation:
- HB 3001 -- The measure that grants an Alaska Gasline Inducement Act license to TransCanada; and,
- HB 4001 -- The bill that appropriates nearly $1 billion for energy assistance, AGIA funding and implementation, and more. Governor Palin has until 11:59 p.m., Friday, September 12 to sign them.
