House will take stimulus comments Thursday

This just in — the House Finance Committee will take public comment on House Bill 199, federal stimulus funding, at 1:30 p.m. March 26.
Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Fairbanks, sits on the committee.
Gov. Sarah Palin filed the appropriations bill dealing with money available to Alaska, excluding transportation money, through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Alaskans can attend the hearings remotely from Legislative Information Offices, or by calling the Legislative Bridge Teleconference Center at 888-295-4546.
