Speaking of wheat beer...
Published Friday, April 10, 2009
Alaskan has just released a new White Beer. Simply named Alaskan White, this wheat beer (also called Wit, by some) is made in the traditional Belgian style. That means it's not cloudy and bready like some German or American wheats, but smooth, golden honey-colored and with a hint of citrus and spice at the back of the tongue. This comes from orange peel and corriandor seed (aka cilantro in the flower/leaf form). Alaskan White, however, is not as spicy or overpowering as some of the Beligan imports out there, which makes it an easy drinking beer. And don't let the polar bear on the label scare you into thinking this is a winter beer. On the contrary, wheat beers are perfect for summer.

Yummy!
Very good
I LOVE this beer! My hubby bought a keg of it for his kegerator.
